What second programming language to learn?

Nice article – and confirmed my guess that I should learn Swift as my 2nd programming language! Seeing as how it’s fairly opposite to Ruby/Rails in most cases (static vs dynamic type, compiled vs interpreted, desktop/mobile vs web focused).
